Ground Level is a healing crystal workshop that will educate about the powerful Muladhara. Commonly known as the Root Chakra.

You will learn about energy blockages and energy cleansing as well as crystals and practices to heal and balance the Root Chakra.

Ground Level will include a guided Root Chakra Balance Meditation and basics on how to wire wrap your selected Root Chakra crystals into a necklace pendant for your healing journey.

The Root Chakra is our body’s most primal and fundamental energy center, being located at the base of our spine, or groin area. The Root Chakra regulates the energy associated with instinct, survival, and safety.

When the Root Chakra is imbalanced due to trauma, psychological issues such as chronic fear, and psychosomatic suppression and repression, we experience a disruption in the flow of life. Often our blocked energy centers lead to constant personal, existential and relationship issues.
